  3. – as for calcium , Women under 51 need 1,000 milligrams of calcium a day. Women 51 and older need 1,200 milligrams a day and it can be found in all dairy products and eggs
    – vitamin D is equally important as calcium , adults need 600 IU daily and in summer you can get that dose by exposure 10 to 15 minutes of sunlight , also found in foods like dairy products , meats and fish in addition to various vegetables
    – you can also administer multi-vitamin capsules sold in pharmacies to achieve the same results
    – in case you suffer bone pains , fractures ,falls that affect areas like hip ,pelvis or hands you should consult an orthopedic surgeon as soon as possible
